Head of AI Product & Architecture Consulting

Job overview

The Head of AI Product & Architecture Consulting role is hybrid, with one to two onsite days per week in the Richmond, VA; Atlanta, GA; Washington, DC; New York City; or Charlotte, NC metro areas. Compensation is $175,000–$210,000 per year in base salary; the role is also eligible for a company performance bonus and MBOs. The position leads Ippon Technologies’ AI Product & Architecture practice as it develops into an AI-native product engineering organization. The role exists to grow the consulting practice, strengthen delivery standards, and advance practical AI adoption across product engineering and software development. It guides teams and client engagements toward maintainable, secure, scalable solutions and helps clients translate needs into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead practice growth, team development, offerings, delivery standards, and market positioning
• provide senior oversight across software and product engineering, AI-enabled delivery, modernization, and architecture engagements
• advance applied AI approaches and repeatable production patterns
• coach client teams
• support sales pursuits and executive conversations
• evaluate partner technologies and develop market-facing offerings.
