• Assist customers with frame selection and fit

• collect customer and insurance information

• enter selections and prescriptions to place orders
• communicate completion and delivery timing
• adjust frames and lenses
• repair and maintain eyeglasses
• educate customers on eyewear care
• assist with front-desk clerical duties.
