Certified Medication Technician, Weekend Shifts

Job overview

The Certified Medication Technician role is onsite in Brick, NJ, with shifts available from 7 a.m.–11 a.m. and 5 p.m.–9 p.m.; compensation is $24–$25 per hour. At Monarch Communities, the role supports residents and their families as part of a team committed to compassionate care and community. The technician helps residents receive medication and care according to their care plans and physician orders. By documenting accurately, protecting residents’ comfort and dignity, and reporting changes to a supervisor, the role supports safe, consistent resident services.

What you'll do

• Administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication under RN or LPN supervision
• complete annual medication training
• provide care according to resident care plans
• maintain accurate medical records
• preserve residents’ comfort, privacy, and dignity
• and report changes in residents’ physical, cognitive, or emotional condition.
