What you'll do

• Administer daily HR operations and programs
• support payroll and risk management functions
• ensure compliance with laws, agreements, rules, and policies
• advise supervisors on employee relations and workplace matters
• coordinate investigations, grievances, recruitment, training, benefits, and records
• supervise staff
• assist with budgets, procurement, contracts, and reports
• serve as Acting HR Director when assigned.
