What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
• follow site security procedures and respond to emergencies when appropriate
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of grounds, parking, common areas, exteriors, and perimeter
• monitor access points
• report unusual conditions and suspicious activity
• prepare incident reports and communicate with property management and Allied Universal leadership.
