What you'll do

• Develop annual business development and local growth plans
• build relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, restoration contractors, property managers, commercial customers, and referral partners
• generate business through consultative selling, networking, presentations, outreach, and follow-up
• support local marketing and digital initiatives
• create social media content
• monitor pipeline and marketing metrics
• represent the business at industry and community events
• use CRM and sales tools
• track performance against leadership-established indicators.
