The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor — PM Shift role is onsite in Palm Springs, CA. The stated wage range is $53–$56 per hour depending on experience. Working with the Director of Nursing, the supervisor coordinates nursing care, evaluates systems that support quality resident care, and facilitates the interdisciplinary team. The role also supervises nursing staff, addresses care concerns, and may provide general nursing duties during emergencies or staffing shortages.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage clinical services for a nursing unit with the Director of Nursing
• assess and evaluate systems for quality resident care
• resolve resident, patient, and family care concerns
• implement and evaluate nursing procedures
• assess residents and develop and implement care plans
• provide health education
• participate in quality assurance
• complete required documentation
• supervise nursing staff
• perform general nursing duties in emergencies or staffing shortages.
