Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (English/Spanish)

The Bilingual Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Half Moon Bay, CA, with travel of up to approximately 10% potentially required, primarily to operations in the Salinas area. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Rocket Farms grows and markets premium potted plants and fresh culinary herbs for grocery, club, and mass retail customers. The generalist provides hands-on HR support to employees and managers, helping address day-to-day needs while keeping practices consistent, compliant, and supportive of operations. The role spans employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, records, payroll support, safety, and HR compliance, with bilingual communication required.

What you'll do

• Advise employees and managers on policies, benefits, leaves, attendance, and HR processes
• manage employee relations matters and escalate complex issues
• provide bilingual English/Spanish support
• manage recruiting and onboarding
• support benefits and leave administration
• maintain confidential HR records and HRIS data
• support payroll and timekeeping
• coordinate workers’ compensation administration
• partner with Safety and operations on safety programs and compliance
• participate in audits, training, and HR projects.
