The Lead Registered Behavior Technician continues providing one-to-one therapy while mentoring fellow technicians and partnering with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role supports consistent clinical practice, team development, and quality client care.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy under individualized plans developed by the supervising BCBA
• mentor, coach, and support RBTs
• assist with onboarding and shadowing
• model skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• collect and document data
• communicate client progress and barriers to BCBAs
• support coverage and center operations as needed.
