What you'll do

• Plan and execute national and global tradeshows, medical congresses and sales meetings
• manage booth logistics, exhibit assets, shipping, installation, dismantling and onsite operations
• coordinate event logistics, vendors, contracts and schedules
• manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation
• ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company processes
• oversee lead capture and data handoff
• report event performance, risks and post-event findings
• travel domestically and internationally as needed.
