What you'll do

• Set up the dish machine and check soap and sanitizer levels
• prepare sanitation buckets and mats
• clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, storage areas, hoods, loading dock, and garbage areas
• store cleaned items
• remove trash and debris
• assist with stewarding supply orders
• follow health and safety regulations
• report accidents, breakages, and equipment or safety issues
• and maintain positive working relationships with kitchen staff.
