Hotel Maintenance Technician / Handyman

What you'll do

• Respond to guest repair requests
• operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems
• review and update maintenance requests and work orders
• perform guest-room and public-area repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, HVAC, hardware, and cosmetic items
• troubleshoot equipment
• maintain tools and inventory
• monitor fire alarm and life-safety systems
• handle emergencies to protect guests, associates, and property
• maintain facility safety and efficiency
• support housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties.
