What you'll do

• Review customer requests for quotation, engineering drawings, specifications, statements of work, and supporting documents
• develop bills of material and parts lists
• identify cost elements and documentation gaps
• coordinate customer clarifications and internal reviews
• prepare purchasing requirements and review supplier pricing
• enter pricing into the ERP system
• coordinate pricing factors with Finance
• prepare and review quotes
• maintain quote files and records
• follow applicable export-control, cybersecurity, quality, and record-retention procedures.
