What you'll do

• Perform ultrasound-guided insertion, maintenance, and removal of PICC lines, midline catheters, and peripheral IVs
• assess vascular access sites
• administer prescribed IV therapies, medications, and fluids
• monitor for adverse reactions
• educate patients and families
• collaborate on care plans
• document assessments and outcomes
• participate in quality initiatives.
