The Asleep Overnight Residential Support position is onsite in Auburn, MA, with a 32-hour weekly schedule spanning Thursday through Saturday nights and mornings. Pay is $17.65 per hour while asleep and $20.81 per hour awake without MAP or $21.85 per hour awake with MAP. The Arc of Opportunity supports individuals in residential programs. The role provides a physically present overnight support to help ensure residents’ well-being and maintain a safe, compliant residential program. It also supports individual plans, personal care, medication oversight as appropriate, and daily household and program needs.

What you'll do

• Remain present in the residential program
• provide personal care and assistance with transfers and toileting
• perform bed checks
• support medication administration as appropriate
• implement Individual Support Plans
• assist with meals, household tasks, transportation, and program security
• document services in electronic medical records
• attend required training and meetings.

Why this role

Schedule includes Thursday 11 p.m.–6 a.m. asleep and 6 a.m.–9 a.m. awake; Friday 11 p.m.–6 a.m. asleep; and Saturday 9 p.m.–11 p.m. awake, 11 p.m.–6 a.m. asleep, and 6 a.m.–9 a.m. awake. High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required.
