Quality Manager — Specialty Gases

The Quality Manager — Specialty Gases role is onsite in Beaumont, TX or Indianapolis, IN, with approximately 50–60% travel. Compensation is not specified. The role supports American Welding & Gas’s Specialty Gases Division and its industrial, medical, specialty, and food and beverage gas operations. The manager owns and improves the Quality Management System, overseeing compliance, audits, supplier and customer quality, corrective actions, training, and continuous improvement. The role works across production, laboratories, distribution, and sales to strengthen product quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the QMS, procedures, records, and metrics
• ensure regulatory and customer requirement compliance
• lead internal, supplier, customer, and regulatory audits
• manage nonconformances, CAPAs, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions
• manage supplier qualification and performance
• oversee customer complaints and audits
• partner with operational teams on quality and process improvement
• maintain training programs and competency records
• support food and medical gas programs
• analyze quality trends.
