What you'll do

• Oversee Front Office operations and departmental procedures
• collaborate with Revenue Management on room inventory, upselling, labor costs, and budgeting
• coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage
• engage guests and resolve complex service issues
• oversee pre-arrival planning, room blocking, and amenities
• participate in leadership meetings and training
• interview, hire, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff.
