What you'll do

• Plan workflow and assist with scheduling manpower and equipment
• oversee safety compliance and train personnel in safe work practices
• operate construction heavy equipment safely
• inspect sites and equipment
• facilitate safety meetings
• report safety concerns
• assist with operator or labor work as needed
• complete timecards, daily reports, and equipment usage records
• maintain equipment and housekeeping
• communicate with customers, subcontractors, municipalities, and the superintendent.
