What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual budgets and detailed trade take-offs
• manage construction bid processes and packages
• level subcontractor bids
• review project documents and inspect sites
• assess project risks
• maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
• initiate trade partner prequalification
• mentor estimators
• coordinate project objectives, schedules, permits, and costs
• and communicate deliverables and procurement schedules with field teams.

Why this role
