What you'll do

• Perform library customer-service activities
• act as lead for Circulation Assistants and Customer Services Assistant teams
• process and route materials
• verify accounts and reports
• collect fees and troubleshoot issues
• train staff on job responsibilities and relevant databases
• support public service desks and handle escalations
• coordinate staff workflow and schedules
• perform opening and closing procedures and money handling
• assist customers with locating materials and placing holds
• prepare reports and maintain department inventory.
