What you'll do

• Compile and distribute reports
• reconcile credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy, room charges, bills, and cash drawer activity
• perform front desk duties as needed, including reservations and check-ins
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• complete bookkeeping and administrative procedures.
