Community Development Manager

What you'll do

• Secure rights of entry and build a three-year pipeline for planned communities
• execute strategies to grow market share and revenue across MDU property types
• engage property owners and developers to assess needs
• manage contracts from sale and planning through construction and retention
• monitor market and competitive conditions
• plan new community initiatives
• coordinate go-to-market execution across internal teams
• meet sales performance expectations.
