The Maintenance Technician I/II role is onsite in New Braunfels, TX. The stated pay range is $22.16–$31.35 per hour. The technician maintains manufacturing equipment, diagnoses failures, and performs corrective and preventive repairs to improve quality and efficiency. The role works with engineering, operations, logistics, quality, and environmental health and safety teams to reduce downtime and support production goals.
