What you'll do

• Perform building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, and painting repairs
• implement preventive maintenance

• inspect buildings, units, offices, amenities, and grounds
• respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols
• prepare vacant units for move-in
• maintain property appearance and common areas.
