SEA Passenger Service Agent. This is an onsite position in Seattle, WA, with an expected pay rate of $21.50/hr. This role provides passenger services including reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, check-in, and assisting passengers with special needs.
What you'll do
- Inspect and verify passenger documentation, issue boarding passes, manage passenger baggage processing, assist passengers with special needs, direct passengers through customs, make public address announcements, assist with loading wheelchairs and strollers, comply with security requirements and Swissport SOPs, operate equipment, and produce required documentation.

- Education
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience
- Passionate about customer service and must have relevant work experience.
