What you'll do

• Greet members and guests, answer phones, check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to questions and concerns, process beverage or merchandise purchases, assist with membership cards and account or billing questions, and maintain cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, exercise equipment, tanning beds, restrooms, and wet areas.
