What you'll do

• Provide assigned direct care, including bathing, showering, oral hygiene, toileting, and other hygiene needs
• clean resident equipment and surroundings
• follow safety rules
• assist nurses with observation
• make resident care rounds at least every one to two hours
• prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding as needed
• complete documentation before the end of the shift
• maintain relationships with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• protect confidentiality and resident rights.
