The role monitors student progress, collaborates with families and an interdisciplinary school team, and adapts instruction to support individual learning needs.

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and deliver differentiated academic instruction
• develop goals and instructional programs based on student needs
• monitor progress against standards and IEP goals
• conduct parent-teacher conferences
• prepare IEP goals and progress summaries
• present at IEP meetings
• co-facilitate weekly team meetings
• guide classroom assistants
• and follow school policies and applicable education and reporting requirements.
