What you'll do

• Perform bookkeeping tasks, including posting entries and updating the general ledger
• process accounts payable and receivable transactions, invoice entry, and payment tracking
• enter financial data into accounting software
• assist with expense reports and reconciliations
• support monthly and year-end close
• communicate with vendors and customers about billing questions and payment discrepancies
• organize audit documentation and financial files
• respond to transaction-related inquiries.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in a similar accounting role, and Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel. An associate degree, Sage 100 experience, and familiarity with accounting principles are preferred.
