SAP Support Specialist II

The SAP Support Specialist II role is onsite in Thornton, CO, with a stated pay range of $80,000–$103,000 per year. Air Squared manufactures scroll compressors, vacuum pumps, and expanders for medical, aerospace, fuel cell, and power generation industries. The specialist handles Level 2 SAP incidents and service requests that are not resolved by key users or Level 1 support. Through troubleshooting, functional analysis, user guidance, documentation, and coordination with Level 3 experts, the role helps restore business operations and improve SAP-supported processes.

What you'll do

• Own and process Level 2 SAP incidents and service requests through resolution and closure
• analyze issues, identify root causes, raise defects, propose workarounds, and document corrective actions
• support business teams with SAP training and user documentation
• assist key users with requirements, specifications, testing, validation, training, deployment, and continuous improvement
• coordinate communication and collaborative work between business teams and the SAP Core Team.
