Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Harrisburg, NC, with pay of $80,000–$95,000 per year. What you'll do

• Set daily maintenance priorities and assign work
• lead breakdown response and troubleshooting
• oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• coach and evaluate technicians
• coordinate work orders and schedules with the Maintenance Scheduler/Planner
• document repairs and equipment history
• enforce safe maintenance practices
• coordinate parts, vendors, and contractors
• communicate equipment status and priorities to production leadership and the Plant Engineer.

Why this role
