What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and laundry personnel, assign duties, support teamwork, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Assist the General Manager with payroll, overtime monitoring, forecasts, and weekly schedules. Prepare inventory and productivity reports
• conduct linen and supply inventories and purchase supplies. Inspect hotel areas and guest rooms daily, subject to Do Not Disturb signs. Assist with room cleaning and laundry or houseperson duties as needed. Maintain room-status accuracy in property management systems, labor budgets, key control, emergency procedures, and housekeeping standards. Conduct departmental meetings and participate in monthly profit-and-loss reviews.
