The role supports the kitchen’s service and food-quality standards through preparation, station readiness, safe food handling, and sanitation.

What you'll do

• Measure and assemble ingredients
• prepare meals with the Executive Chef and other cooks
• maintain food inventories
• store and rotate food at appropriate temperatures
• restock the kitchen
• set up and stock stations
• clean and sanitize prep areas and the kitchen
• and follow nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
