Service Technician — Apartment Maintenance

What you'll do

• Complete resident work orders within 24 to 48 hours and perform routine upkeep
• diagnose problems and make repairs according to policies, safety standards, and codes
• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins
• track maintenance supplies and inventory
• document service requests
• assist with grounds and common-area upkeep
• participate in safety meetings and training
• respond respectfully to residents and complaints
• assist with property inspections.
