What you'll do

• Clean dishware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• maintain sanitation in dish stations, food-preparation areas, and back-of-house zones
• follow safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and dishwashing machinery
• monitor trash and recycling areas and assist with removal
• restock clean items at service stations
• assist with closing and deep-cleaning procedures
• and report equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
