What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel and certified nursing assistants
- evaluate shift staffing needs and plan assignments
- transcribe, verify, and implement physician orders
- collaborate on care plans and assess residents
- make rounds to monitor care, safety, and employee performance
- administer medications, start and monitor IVs, perform treatments and CPR, and collect blood samples and perform EKGs as ordered
- report significant condition changes
- support and guide staff
- document resident events and review required records
- attend required education and staff meetings. May supervise nursing when needed.

Why this role
