What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation and portioning according to recipes and menu guidelines
• serve meals to students and staff
• set up and restock serving lines, salad bars, and condiment stations
• safely operate kitchen equipment
• clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and work areas
• follow food-safety procedures
• assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
• maintain production and temperature logs
• support dietary and allergy accommodations under supervision.
