Utility Technician — Propane Service and Delivery

The Utility Technician role is onsite in Wurtsboro, NY. Compensation is $26–$36 per hour. Paraco is a family-owned energy company serving customers throughout the Northeast. The technician supports residential and commercial customers by delivering propane, installing and servicing equipment, maintaining propane systems, and responding to emergency service calls. The work helps provide safe, reliable energy service to customers.

What you'll do

• Deliver bulk propane, motor fuel, and cylinders
• install, service, repair, and remove tanks, appliances, piping, and related equipment
• perform tank work, safety checks, and leak calls
• diagnose propane systems and pump stations
• operate Bobtail and boom/crane trucks
• perform inspections and preventive maintenance
• respond to no-heat and emergency calls
• complete documentation and safety procedures
• participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including weekends.
