• Develop and implement community sales and marketing strategies

• manage leads and respond to inquiries
• maintain occupancy and revenue goals
• conduct tours
• document sales activity and follow up with prospects and referral sources
• maintain Yardi CRM
• supervise and motivate sales team members
• represent the community at outreach events
• manage promotional inventory, social media, and marketing budget.
