The Associate Dentist works onsite in Seattle, WA, in the White Center area, approximately three days per week. Compensation includes an $800 daily minimum for the first 90 days, then a $700 daily minimum, or 31% of adjusted production, whichever is higher. The established practice is growing and emphasizes comprehensive, high-quality dentistry and patient care. The dentist provides general dental care, from examinations and diagnosis through treatment, prevention, and follow-up. The role supports patient health and the practice’s growth by delivering comprehensive care and may contribute to expanded in-house services and a potential long-term partnership.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosis
• develop treatment plans and present cases
• perform preventive and restorative dentistry, fillings, root canal therapy, extractions, and appropriate surgical procedures
• diagnose and treat oral disease
• interpret X-rays
• provide local anesthesia and appropriate sedation
• plan dental appliances
• educate patients on oral hygiene
• provide aftercare and prescribe medication appropriately
• maintain clinical records and patient-centered care.
