Principal Systems Analyst

Job overview

The Principal Systems Analyst role is described as onsite every other week, with five onsite days in Smithfield, RI, and work based in either Merrimack, NH, or Westlake, TX. What you'll do

• Collaborate within an agile squad to deliver digital product enhancements
• elicit, refine, and document business and system requirements
• analyze current systems and data flows
• define solution approaches and support API and data-contract integration design
• develop acceptance criteria and partner with QA on test preparation and validation
• maintain analysis artifacts
• support change initiatives and continuous improvement
• engage stakeholders across business and technology
• contribute to risk and fraud prevention initiatives and support machine-learning model integrations when applicable.
