Carpenter — Resort Property Maintenance

Job overview

The Carpenter role is onsite across Hilton Head Island, SC vacation rental properties. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. RMC Resort Management provides property management services and aims to maintain the quality and appeal of resort properties. The carpenter performs general and finish carpentry and related repairs to keep vacation rentals safe, functional, and guest-ready. The role coordinates with operations, documents work and materials, and responds quickly when an issue could affect a guest arrival.

What you'll do

• Repair and install doors, frames, locks, trim, cabinets, shelving, stairs, railings, decks, and flooring
• build or modify fixtures and furniture
• perform related drywall, paint, caulk, and hardware touch-ups
• diagnose damage
• document work with notes, photos, and receipts
• coordinate with operations
• clean work areas and complete quality and safety checks.
