What you'll do

• Repair and troubleshoot plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry issues
• maintain interior and exterior areas
• respond to work tickets and perform preventive maintenance
• assist with moves and events
• support vendors and site staff
• operate lifts and forklifts when needed
• track work orders
• follow safety guidelines.
