Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, design consultants, and subcontractors
• identify critical-path activities and resolve conflicts
• lead site-safety efforts
• negotiate and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders
• direct subcontractor teams
• review agreements, drawings, and specifications
• lead preconstruction bids, estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and project pursuits
• manage progress and financial reports, change management, and payment applications
• oversee project documentation and closeout
• and guide, supervise, mentor, and train project engineers and interns.
