Enterprise Sales Account Executive

The Enterprise Sales Account Executive is an onsite role based in Solon, OH. Compensation is not specified beyond a base salary plus commission structure, and this position supports the Electronic Security division of Securitas Technology. This role exists to drive new business development by managing a defined territory, generating leads, and presenting integrated security solutions to prospective clients. The Account Executive contributes to the company's growth by building relationships and securing new accounts through consultative sales strategies.

What you'll do

• Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Develop and implement service/account outsourcing strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with internal specialists.
• Participate in networking events and trade shows.
• Conduct at least 10 in-person client meetings per week.
• Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling.
