What you'll do

• Mentor RBT team members
• support onboarding and training
• provide coaching and feedback
• assist with center coverage and operational needs
• deliver ABA therapy according to individualized plans
• implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs
• collect behavioral data and complete session notes
• communicate progress and concerns to supervising clinicians.
