Product Support Sales Representative

The representative develops business with existing and new customers, supports customer equipment uptime, and helps customers access parts and service solutions. The role also maintains customer and fleet information, monitors local market trends, and supports customer satisfaction and branch performance.

What you'll do

• Call on current and prospective customers in the assigned territory
• update customer and fleet records
• monitor customer and competitor trends
• address customer disputes and follow up on resolution
• staff the parts counter as scheduled
• educate customers about the customer portal
• support accounts-receivable collection when requested
• promote service labor, preventive-maintenance agreements, undercarriage and ground-engaging tools, and parts promotions
• complete assigned training. Extensive driving and overnight travel are required.
