Mental Health Therapist – PRN, Evening Group Coverage

What you'll do

• Develop collaborative, individualized treatment relationships
• facilitate mental health groups at intensive outpatient and outpatient levels
• prepare and present addiction and recovery education
• conduct case management, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• coordinate with referral sources and support providers
• maintain timely documentation
• and collaborate with the treatment team. PRN coverage provides evening groups from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM as needed. The role may include carrying the on-call phone for one week several times per year to support patients in crisis outside business hours.

Why this role
