What you'll do

• Assist with hiring, performance management, coaching, corrective action, and compensation-related decisions
• direct staff in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles
• monitor KPIs including gross profit, tire sales, and service revenue
• train and mentor employees on repair procedures, customer service, and operations
• create and maintain staff schedules, including opening and closing coverage
• review performance data and support improvement strategies
• support inventory ordering, tracking, and accounting
• assist with housekeeping and hands-on store tasks
• recommend technical training
• ensure safe and compliant operations.
