Patient Operations Specialist- Bend Clinics. Schedule: Shift Times: Tuesday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm at Northwest Crossing Clinic. Saturday: 7:30am – 4:00pm at East Bend Clinic. At COPA, our Patient Operations Specialists are the warm and approachable team members who help keep our pediatric clinic running smoothly every day.
